Best time to take food

  we all know that eating food at the correct time is good for our health.  Most of us didn't follow that.  We all have different work schedules n other things to complete every day.  Because of these unusual time schedules we r not able to take food at an appropriate time n ending up having different health problems.  So here r the correct timings for our breakfast, lunch n dinner.

Breakfast:-

breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  It gives the required energy to our body n helps the brain to function actively.  It is important to have a healthy n heavy breakfast.  We should take heavy breakfast, normal lunch n light supper to maintain our weight n even to reduce over weight.  The ideal time for breakfast is 7-00am to 8-00am.  At least have it before 10-00am.

Lunch:-

Lunch has to be a normal one like not too heavy r too light.  we should take lunch b/w 12-00 noon to 1-00pm  Its better to take it b4 3-00pm.  Lunch is ideally taken after 4 hrs. of breakfast to maintain blood glucose levels.

Dinner:-

We have to eat dinner 2hrs. b4 our sleep time to get good sleep n efficient use of calories.  we have to take light dinner.  Not heavy in calories.  Ideal time for dinner is 6-00pm to 8-00pm.  Its good to eat b4 9-00pm.

Even though it is difficult to maintain these timings daily, we have to atleast try n implement some of these to stay fit n healthy.
