Save trees

Today am so sad n unhappy. We all r celebrating one of the biggest festivals of our country which is celebrated in so many states across the country with different names n different styles. But basically this festival is all about our Nature, agriculture, animals n all things associated with Mother Nature n showing our gratitude to Mother Nature for providing us our livelihood n food n all to survive. But am really sorry to say that we r really loosing our connect with Nature.

We r not growing trees, destroying forests n all n building concrete jungles. Some r for infrastructural development n necessary. But some r really not needed. We can look for alternatives. U know to lay a six line Highway b/w Hyderabad n Vijayawada they cut thousands of trees n now that route is very hot n no shade at all for the travellers. Even though they now planted some plants again now, it takes a lot of years for them to grow n in the mean while the pollution n all the troubles for us increase. Now i learnt another same thing is going to happen in Mumbai also.

Did you know that 3500 trees in Aarey forest will be cut to build a metro car shed if we don't raise our voice!
