Recently those living in Delhi and surrounding areas are living under the terrible burden of the toxic air enveloping their lungs as well as day-to-day life in general. With the degrading air quality, it is important to be thoughtful towards building our immunity to be stable and strong, and Amla helps boost immunity naturally. Ripe, golden yellow Amlas are much more nutritious and rich in vitamins as compared to the normally used raw, green Amlas. Therefore, when choosing an Amla product, make sure you check this.

Tulsi and Giloy

The wondrous benefits of Tulsi are not unknown, however, Giloy is a relatively lesser known ingredient, effective nonetheless. This fortifying combination is an effective anti-allergen that helps look after the ailments arising due to the air pollution. Not only does Tulsi protect our respiratory tract but its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties help minimise the effect of air pollution on the environment as well.

Turmeric and Aloe vera

Turmeric or Haldi has been used since the beginning of time as an all-round tonic for almost every health ailment, be it open wounds or common colds. It wins as a superherb to combat all pollution related hazards. Turmeric helps ward off the toxic effects of inhaling polluted air and therefore, is a great choice if looking to cleanse your respiratory tract. Consuming a drink with a mixture of turmeric with another fortifying herb like Aloe Vera is the natural answer you must seek in this polluted environment.
